Hello! Thank you for considering my services! Please only start a request if you find the service details and my Terms of Service acceptable.I will draw:

Starting Sketches:● Will create 2-3 rough sketches where we will be discussing the execution.Sketch Clean Up:
● Any Revisions are accepted in this phaseColouring:
● Only three (3) colour revisions will be permitted.Final Artwork:
● Final drawing with watermark will be sent. Works without watermarks will not be sent unless the commission has been fully paid.
● Any additional revisions will be charged.Strictly NO REFUNDS are accepted once I have started working on the commission.PAYMENT:● Payment will be accepted after sketch has been approved.DEADLINE & DELIVERY:
● Allow me to work on the artwork for 2-5 weeks. Please note that I am a working student, school and my day job will keep me busy but if there will be any delay I will inform you immediately.NOTE:● The Canvas size will be 3300x2550 px, 300 DPI.
● There will only be 2 revisions allowed on sketch, lineart (if there is) and a
minor revision at the colouring stage.
● I will only allow payments through VGen.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSArtist's Rights:
● The artist retains all rights to the artwork.
● The artist should be credited if the client chooses to post the artwork on social
media.
● The artist reserves the right to display commissioned artworks on social
media and portfolios unless the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) option is chosen.Client's Rights:
● The client obtains the right to use the artwork for the purpose agreed upon (personal or commercial) upon full completion of the commission.Restrictions:
● The client is NOT allowed to use the artwork if they decide to cancel halfway.
● The artwork is not to be used as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token).
● The artwork is not to be trained on by AI.
These terms make it clear how the intellectual property rights are distributed between the artist and the client and what limitations apply to the client's use of the artwork.
